Our job here is to keep two things safe: your music, and the money it earns you.

In practice that means we check releases before they ship so stores don't reject them, we push back when a store gets something wrong about your work, and we keep bought streams off our pipeline because they dilute the royalties every real artist gets paid.

What you can count on

• A person, not a system. Nothing about your account or your payouts is decided automatically.
• You hear it first. If there's ever a question about your account, it comes to you as a question, before anything changes.
• Your real streams are always paid. In full, at 0%.
• No sudden terminations. We don't remove people's accounts without a conversation.

What we don't do

We don't have a quality bar for your music. We have no opinion on your genre, your production budget, or how your record sounds. A phone recording is as welcome here as a studio album. What we check is technical: that the file is intact, the artwork will pass, and the credits are consistent.
