Someone plays your track. At the end of the month, the platform works out what that play was worth.
What it’s worth depends on:
- How many times you were streamed
- Which country the listener was in
- Whether they pay for the service or use the free tier
- That platform’s own rates
Platforms send us these reports monthly, running a month or two behind the streams themselves. We process them and issue royalties on the 15th of each month.
We take 0% commission. Every cent the platforms report as yours is credited to your balance, streams, downloads, Content ID and UGC alike.
From there it’s yours to withdraw whenever you want it, once the balance has reached $10.
