When you request a withdrawal, we send it the same day.

There’s no approval queue on our side, no weekly batch, and no holding period. You ask, we pay out.

What we can’t control is what happens next. Once the money leaves us it travels at your bank’s or PayPal’s speed, often a day or two, sometimes longer across borders. That part isn’t ours to rush.

So: same-day sending, not same-day landing. We’d rather say that plainly than have you refreshing your bank app.

Two things to know before you request one:

• Your balance needs to be at least $10
• Withdrawals always send your full available balance
